En el capítulo 6 “Physical and environmental security” del libro “ALL-IN-ONE CISSP Fifth Edition” de Shon Harrys (http://www.logicalsecurity.com/)  se dice, y cito textualmente:

 

“In all situations, the primary consideration, above all else, is that nothing should impede life safety goals. …”

 

Y como nota incluye la frase:

 

“Life safety goals should always take precedence over all other types of goals”.

 

Es un libro ampliamente utilizado para preparar la certificación CISSP (https://www.isc2.org/cissp/Default.aspx).
